Cuanto tiempo sin aparecer por aquí!!!! La tienda me ocupa todo el tiempo, así que ahora piso poco por la cocina. Lo bueno de esto es que mi "costillo" le está cogiendo el gusto a eso de meterse entre fogones, y el otro día me sorprendió con este pastel de carne y repollo que estaba de rechupete. No hay mal que por bien no venga!!!! Esta es su receta:
Ingredientes:
100 g. de cebolla picada
100 g. de tomate troceado
150 g. de carne picada (ternera y cerdo)
75 g. de bacon
250 g. de repollo cocido
80 g. de mozarella rallada
30 g. de aceite
Sal y orégano.
Preparación:
Pochar la cebolla en el aceite hasta que empiece a estar transparente, Añadir el tomate en trocitos y seguir pochando unos 10 minutos. Agregar la carne picada y el bacon,. añadir la sal y el orégano y dejar hacer unos 5 minutos a fuego medio.
En un molde que sirva para el horno, poner una capa de repollo cocido, otra de carne, otra de queso y finalizar con otra de repollo. Cubrir con queso rallado y gratinar en el horno hasta que se dore... y a disfrutar!!!
